Students can join the Zupp Membership for $4.99/mo to unlock exclusive rewards at your favorite bars and restaurants around your college campus. Zupp empowers you to discover new experiences and create new memories with friends at more than 60 local social places throughout Orlando and Tallahassee.
 

How do I join the Zupp membership?
 

Ready to start earning instant rewards on purchases at your favorite bars and restaurants? You can start your Zupp Membership by selecting any of the rewards in the Zupp app. Your first 30 days of Zupp is always free, no promo code required. Don’t love it? Cancel at any time.
 

Where can I use Zupp?

 

Zupp is currently available at the UCF (Orlando, FL) and FSU (Tallahassee, FL) campuses. Zupp Members have access to rewards at both locations with their membership. Visiting friends at another campus? Simply go to your profile page and switch your school to the campus you’re at to unlock your Zupp Rewards!
 

Is Zupp available for iPhone and Android?
 

Zupp is currently only available for iPhone users in the Apple App Store. Our team is working hard on expanding Zupp to all devices for our friends with Androids.
 

I work at a restaurant featured on Zupp, do I get any special perks?

 

Yes! All staff members of Zupp Partners are eligible for a complimentary 6 month membership. To redeem your complimentary membership, tap on the “Chat with our Team” feature on the side menu and send us a message stating where you work, and proof of employment.
 

How do I redeem a Zupp Reward?

 

Once you find a Zupp Reward in the feed that you want to use, tap the Reward card to reveal the details. Once you’re ready to redeem your Zupp Reward, simply show the staff member the reward on your device and have them tap on the “Staff Member Tap Here” button. Once the reward is redeemed, those savings will be added to your Total Deal Savings section in the side menu!

Zupp Tip: Make sure the staff member presses the redeem button so you can add to your total savings and receive future updates about Zupp Rewards at that Zupp Partnership.

 

Is there a limit to how many Zupp Rewards or Zupp Giveaways I can redeem in a day?

 

There is no limit to how many daily Zupp Rewards you can redeem in a day, week or month! The more Zupp Rewards you use, the more new memories you’ll create with friends. Zupp Giveaways are limited. Zupp Members can claim one Zupp Giveaway per day, and up to four total per month. Each Zupp Member has access to four claims at the beginning of each month which can be used towards claiming Zupp Giveaways throughout the month. Zupp Giveaway claims reset on the 1st of each month, and unused claims don’t roll over.

Zupp Tip: Make sure to use your Zupp Giveaway claims wisely. If you claim a Zupp Giveaway in advance, but don’t redeem it in the valid time, you will lose one of your four claims for the month.

 

I accidentally redeemed a Zupp Reward before I wanted to use it, what do I do?

No worries! We understand accidents happen. Reach out to our support team for assistance by tapping on the “Chat With Our Team” option in the side menu.
 

How do I cancel my Zupp Membership?
 

Cancelling your membership is easy - our support team is always here to help you manage your membership. To cancel your membership, simply message the Zupp team using the “Chat With Our Team” feature in the side menu of the app and let us know you would to cancel your membership. We’ll take care of the rest and send you a confirmation that your membership has been cancelled. Our team typically responds the same business day during typical office hours.
 

How do I change my payment method?

So, you left your card at the bar again? No worries! Message the Zupp team using the “Chat With Our Team” feature in the side menu and let us know you need to change your payment method. We can then reset your account, allowing you to re-enter your new form of payment.
