Job Offer Summary


This position will gain hands-on experience with leading Zupp customer’s experience at UCF, FSU, UF & UT. This position is a part-time, unpaid internship (10 hours/week) during Fall '22.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead & maintain customer service through easy-to-use software

  • Assist with the development of Zupp’s customer engagement strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must attend UCF, FSU, UF, or UT, Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

    • Hospitality Management

    • Communications

    • Human Resources

    • Marketing

Bonus Points For

  • Past experience in Customer Service or Support 🤌

Time Commitment

  • 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day

  • Days of the week: Monday - Friday

  • Hours each weekday: 9-11am or 10-12pm

  • Duration: August - November

    • We would prefer someone who could commit to Fall & Spring Semesters ⭐️
