How do I cancel my Zupp Membership?

Cancelling your membership is simple: Our support team is always here to assist. To cancel your membership, simply start a "New Conversation" with the Zupp team using the “Chat With Our Team” feature in the side menu of the app, and let us know you would to cancel your membership. We’ll take care of the rest and provide you with a confirmation that your membership has been cancelled. Our team typically responds the same business day during standard office hours.
