How do I cancel my Zupp Membership?
We've made cancelling your membership is simple and easy. Once you're logged into the app, you can head to your profile by tapping on your name in the side menu. From there, select "Membership" ➝ "Update Membership Status" and then select whether you'd like to pause or cancel.
Our support team is always here to assist. You can use the “Contact Us” feature in the side menu of the app to ask us if you have any questions. Our Community Support Team responds as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day during normal office hours.
